Is the Experience product suitable for my hotel?

We work with two-star rated to five-star rated hotels with anywhere between 5 an 220 rooms. Experience is an extremely customizable solution that can be adapted to all kinds of requirements.

How long does it take to implement the solution?

Depending on your availability and the complexity of your project, an Experience implementation can take anywhere between two and six weeks.


What happens during the implementation process?

Our integration project manager will contact you and will work with you to list your property's various requirements. A draft Experience model is then created and submitted. 

Once the draft has been approved, we will connect Experience to your property management tools and will train your staff in using the software.


Is Experience customized so that it integrates with my own property?

Yes, absolutely. Our fully customizable platform will meet each specific requirement, in terms of content, guest scenarios, or design. There's no "Experience" quite like it.
