Absolutely not! Experience connects to your existing tools and schedules the sending of all e-mails to your customers. Your only manual activity is managing your guests' particular requests. Everything else is fully automated.

Is my data reused, and is it secure?

We cannot use your data, either legally or contractually, for any purpose that is not clearly stated in the contract that binds us.

Your data is therefore fully secure and cannot be used for any other purpose.

Are my tools (PMS/Channel Manager) compatible with Experience?

The majority of PMS and Channel Managers have interfaces with our Experience solution. One of our consultants can provide you with a comprehensive list.
